Hmmm, there were a few imposters there like the Tatra and BMW etc (but not the smarts, they are indeed Made in France!). Not many Peugeots, sad.

The light blue Renault R8 USA...were those large headlights standard? They look like the Gordini's lights, all the R8's I've seen have the smaller headlights unless its a Gordini?

It was the law in the USA that if you had single headlights that they had to be 7 inch diameter. So those are normal for a USA market R8.
In Europe they had small ones on the regular R8 (150 mm) and the R1134 had the US size as did the R1135, plus of course the Oscar driving lights inboard too in the latter. |
